Previous H&S experience within a shipping-based environment. Excellent understanding of Human Factors and the part it plays in incident prevention. A thorough understanding of behavioral based safety systems. Proactive, able to work autonomously within tight timescales managing multi-disciplined projects/tasks. Computer literate, understanding of Power BI would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to deliver to ratings as well as senior staff. Ability to see tasks through to completion. Strong problem solver with a solution orientated approach.
