This week, Hayley Baldwin Client Manager for Seamariner had the pleasure of visiting SMT’s vessel, Vesper, in Tilbury.

As SMT’s dedicated crew management partner, Seamariner oversees and coordinates crew-related operations from travel logistics and shore-based administration to ensuring that vessels are manned with qualified, skilled, and compliant seafarers capable of meeting operational and technical demands.
The visit provided a great opportunity to catch up with the crew and SMT’s Crewing & HR Manager, to discuss ongoing operations and future collaboration.
It was a productive and positive visit, reaffirming the strong partnership between Seamariner and SMT and our shared commitment to supporting safe, efficient, and professional vessel operations.
