Support for Maritime Training (SMarT) initiative to bring on next generation of skilled mariners.
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency has extended funding for the Support for Maritime Training (SMarT) scheme until March 2027, helping cover up to 50% of training costs for UK seafarers and supporting recruitment and career development across the maritime sector.
